I agree to abide by the Code of Conduct and as a condition of my membership agree to be a helper for half a day at one of our own or Area event each year.  

 

Refunds - Events must be paid for in advance.  Unfortunately, as we have to book and pay for venues and instructors.  In the event of a cancellation we will refund 50% of the riders fee the remainder will be used to compensate instructors/venues for the cancellation.  Members may still cancel attendance but they must do it at least 48 hours prior otherwise they will still be expected to pay fo the event.
